Thank you for coaching/assisting at a Community Sports Camps program. We appreciate your efforts and trust that you are having a good time helping enhance the experience of the next generation of aspiring sports stars.
Please fill out the following details regarding your experience and remuneration, and we will pay via direct deposit into your bank account.
- If you already have an Australian Business Number (ABN), fill out the form below, then you can invoice us and a payment can be arranged.
- If you don’t have an ABN, fill out the form below and select “No” for the Do you have an Australian Business Number (ABN)? question. Then, you can fill out the accompanying Statement by a Supplier details to provide a reason why you are not quoting an ABN (you will need to tick the checkbox, “The supplier is an individual and has given the payer a written statement to the effect that the supply: is made in the course or furtherance of an activity done as a private recreational pursuit or hobby”).
